The Laid-back Expedition welcomes you aboard!

Our goal is to simply vibe through a number of waypoints, exploring and doing some on-the-side activities as we go along the 6 main waypoints. The waypoints themselves are not yet updated on this page since EDSM only lists systems that have been visited, and I still need to find something actually known that is close to the systems I eyeballed.

Summary

Destinations: through a number of regions further northeast from the bubble, about ~75kLy worth total. We have a full waypoint map here.

Timescale: 3-4 months total, with a planned departure on Sunday, October 27th, around 3pm EST.

Amenities: a carrier as a mobile base, although some participants are working on getting their own as well before departure.

Requirements: at least one decent exploration ship (50Ly+ but preferably more), an Artemis suit, and knowledge of exploration mechanics (FSS, DSS, and so on). Unfortunately, due to the departure being quite soon, we can no longer take on new players to coach through the early stages of the game to get them ready.

Optional: bring more SRVs, SLF hangars, weapons, anything you want; there will be events and challenges happening as we go, you never know what might come in handy. Note: if you have a carrier, we can supply the fuel if you want to take it along as well, granted it is at least 1-2 days before departure.
