(Asp Explorer)
Captain's log #4
After a nearly fatal incident where I was too fascinated by all the stars and planet around me and I forgot to look at my fuel tank I still managed to get new exploration data from my journey so far. I was only one jump away from running out of fuel, fortunately it didn't happen.
Found my first Water Giant today and mapped it along with some other planets that caught my eye. The water giant was in a really interesting system with plenty high-metal content worlds and gas giants.
I also managed to found system with two notable stellar phenomenas. Lagoon Sector ZU-X B1-9. I found two Lagrange Clouds there, one was Roseum and the other was Rubicundum type. Both had Flavum Metallic Crystals floating in them.
Hopefully the journey will continue without more mishaps.
Captain's log #3
Today was a productive day in the world of exploration. At least in my world of exploration. I played a bit with the upgraded jump speed and tried to go beneath the galaxy. I didn't go far from the Start, neither to the center nor down and I already found so many undiscovered treasures. My first fully discovered system Swoilz OB-I b27-1 is tiny and except one Gas Giant Class I, there are mostly small ice bodies, but it is still beautiful to see something no human saw before.
This day marks an important milestone in my exploration career. It began with a tiny system and hopefully I will add many more in the future. Tomorrow I shall continue going down, but not too far as I want to get back and claim my data. After that I will go to the center of the galaxy as planned before.
Captain's log #2
Upgraded Asp Explorer's modules so it is better than the Cobra MK III now. Will continue to fly it from now on. Expected better jump distances though.
Contacted an engineer, but the upgrade resources seem difficult to obtain just now. Might just leave it as it is right now and upgrade later, maybe on a different ship.
I am just about to start a journey to the center of the galaxy, not sure how far I'd go, it depends on how the journey will progress.
Captain's log #1
Today I got back from journey to Coalsack Nebula. Got 11 million Cr worth of data, some first discoveries and many first mappings.
Encountered weird Thargoid noises twice in hyperspace. It scares me to know they are out there.
