I had to kill another cmdr today. Totally not my fault, but he forced my hand. I was just minding my own business, mining peacefully when he suddenly popped up and started demanding part of my haul. If he had payed attention to his scans he would have known i was armed to the teeth and more than capable of defending myself.

Unfortunately for him, when he realized that and tried to jump out; his shield were already gone, and his hull soon followed.
