On the return trip from Salome's Reach...I've been to the edge and now docked at Explorer's Anchorage outside Sag A*.

I've renamed the 'Nevermore' to '...On the Other Side' with tail number ENS917, to memorialize my best friend, who passed away just over a year ago, on April 29, 2019. The tail # is her initials and birthdate. She was so excited to get into Elite and make the trip to Beagle...you can read a bit about the situation here https://www.reddit.com/r/EliteDangerous/comments/gagf6t/the_cmdr_that_never_flew/ but I'm now just working on making it back to the bubble in one piece after a brief stop at Eoch Pruae AA-A h526 (a discovery I made some time back, triple black hole dark system, as in no star...just the black holes, a gas giant and some moons, and the 3 black holes are a sort of memorial to three friends I've lost due to their lights burning out way too early).

From that brief but emotional stop, I'll be heading back to the bubble as quickly as ...On the Other Side can get me there (since I set off well before the Guardians stuff was introduced, I'm well short of what a Jumpconda should be, only getting 62LY per jump when fully fueled).
